The staff members are exceptionally attentive and genuinely dedicated to making your stay memorable. However, the dining options can become pricey, especially for imported beverages. The Level Experience really elevates the stay, providing exclusive access to facilities which added significant value.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful grounds and private beach, but I found the rooms a bit small and outdated with an annoying smell of humidity. The staff was friendly, but service was inconsistent, especially when it came to restaurant and bar hours. Overall, it feels like the hotel has potential but needs some improvements to truly shine.
