the hotel offered several restaurants with tasty food. the brand new waterslide was a great addition for entertainment. my children enjoyed the sensory toys and hourly activities at the two large kids' clubs. angel, maria, sasih, and graney were amazing at playing with my kids.

the staff was always friendly and very helpful. great facilities were available. i was always busy with surfing and paddle tennis.

the gym was well-equipped. i saw several treadmills and weights. i noticed the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of pastries. the staff addressed requests promptly. the room had a balcony with seating.
the pool area seemed crowded during peak hours. i noticed some guests reserved chairs early but were not present. the lighting in the hallways felt dim. the elevators were sometimes slow. i found the beach towels to be thin.
